Our dishes will be made from scratch with the freshest local ingredients. Crepes will be made to order with a choice of banana, apple, ganache, and other fresh berries. Our savory crepes will be offered with sausages, eggs, smoked salmon, smoked meats and other vegetables.
We will be including gluten-free options in our Artisan breads, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes and pies by the slice. Our future plans include a to-go-ordering system open at the interior courtyard door. We are grateful to be a part of the Parker Station family and have David, Kevin, and Alex to help us get this business up and running.
